When the shortcut is run, it finds the contact '(Name of manga) Manga' and then pulls the contact image from it, then slaps it on the image with your home screen resolution under your newly created 'Wallpaper' photo album. Whenever 'Manga' shortcut is run, it finds a random contact with the last name Manga and the company set to Yes, then changes the contact photo attached to said contact.
